TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by MYOS. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MYOS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
All products in our store are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. As a result, we do not hold stock and each product is unique to your order.
SECTION 3 – PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely.
SECTION 4 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
A purchase agreement between you and MYOS is established once you receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances such as pricing errors or stock issues with our production partner.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Because all products are made to order, please allow:
- 2–7 business days for production
- 3–7 business days for shipping within the EU
Total estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products. Since all MYOS products are made to order specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at myos.company@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
SECTION 7 – COMPLAINTS
We take complaints seriously. If you have a complaint, please contact us at myos.company@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 days of receipt, as required by Dutch consumer law.
SECTION 8 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
