Exchanges & returns
Because all our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you’ll find our clear and fair guidelines.
1. No returns or exchanges
All items are produced on print on demand. This means it’s not possible to return or exchange your order. Please double-check your design, size, colour, and personal details before completing your purchase.
2. Received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your product arrives damaged or shows an error in the print or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at myos.company@gmail.com. Make sure to include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos
We’ll send you a replacement right away. If a replacement is not possible in rare cases, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
3. Customer information
You are responsible for entering the correct address, size, and any uploaded files. Mistakes caused by incorrect information are not covered by our return policy.
