PROCESSING TIME

All MYOS products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

SHIPPING ZONES & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to the following regions:

Netherlands — 1–3 business days after production

European Union — 3–7 business days after production

International (UAE, Australia, Canada and more) — 7–14 business days after production

Total estimated delivery time including production: 5–21 business days depending on your location.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. We do not offer free shipping.

For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, additional shipping costs may apply. You will always see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
